A Distribution Partner is an organisation that has a successful business delivering solutions around leadership development, team development, coaching, personal effectiveness or assessment and selection (whether for internal purposes or for external hire). This is supported by a team of experienced consultants with expertise in their field – who would gain the ability to support their solutions with the applied use of market leading Emotional Intelligence tools.

Our Distribution Partner Programme is designed to enable both JCA Global and its chosen partners to successfully utilise EI tools and materials to improve 1 million working lives – our company aim.
